Long Cocoa Caye is one of the most unique islands in the Caribbean Sea. This beautiful island paradise is 61.3 acres with its own private lagoon on the Western boundary of the Island that has a wide entrance large enough for huge yachts, boats! It’s surrounded by crystal clear turquoise water teeming with all sorts of colorful tropical fish.

The water is calm and clear, making this island highly favored among professional fishermen, as well as those who fish for leisure. The coral reef makes for an excellent diving and snorkeling right off your private island. The lake is hidden from view to the naked eye, but has a nice size inlet which is approximately 300 ft wide and 1,000 ft long. The island has a deep water port to the East and shallow white sandy beach to the northwest and the northeast. There are several natural bay areas that could become additional white sandy beaches with minimal effort.

The possibilities are endless with a property this size. It is ideal for a commercial tourism business (cruise port, hotel/condo development) or just a private hideout for an exclusive clients.

The calm coral reef area is just a 30 minute boat ride on a calm day from the coastline of the booming Placencia Peninsula. There are several major tourist interests and developments in the area. Just south of this island, there is Mosquito Caye and the famous Laughing Bird Caye National Park. To the North West is French Louie Caye, Crawl Caye and several others islands.
